    Orders

    • order is possible via webshop, email or telephone.

    • orders are processed within 24 hours or stated otherwise by us (our aim is in princible to send the shipment the same day)

    • The buyer will received an order confirmation by email for orders place on the webshop.


    Price

    • Our prices stated on the website are exclusive of 21% VAT and shipping cost

    • Plooij Hats and Materials reserves the right to change product specifications and prices

    • Payment is made to us in advance by means of an invoice sent by email.


    Return

    • Return notification within 24 hours receiving your order (by email or phone)

    • The buyer will receive a return label by email

    • Returns must be made within 14 days

    • Measured goods cannot be returned.

    • unfortunately on product that are purchased in our Outlet store we can't refund money
