Shipment
- After receiving your order and payment , your order will be processed immediately.
- If you order before 12:00 noon it will be shipped the same day (for European orders).
- For international order place before 16:00pm it will be shipped to you within 24 hours.
- If something is not in stock, we will get in touch with you immediately with another solution or another shipping time
- If this is not an option for you, we will cancel the order and return the payment
Return
- You have received the order and it is not correct or does not meet your expectations.
- We would like to received then an email from you within 48 hours of receipt.
- Then we look for a solution or possibly a return label
- If the order has been returned to us, we will return the payment.
- Measured/cut pieces cannot be returned
- unfortunately on product that are purchased in our Outlet store we can't refund money
